Cultivating Tomorrow’s Leaders

The USU Research Foundation continues to cultivate outreach efforts that enhance the educational experience of USU students through a variety of programs. Supporting USU’s plans to engage and retain engineering and science students is of primary importance. For example, the Research Foundation contributes funds, resources, and expertise to USU senior design projects, academic competitions, fellowships, and student association events.

The Research Foundation’s outreach program also facilitate opportunities for USU faculty to participate in collaborative research projects with the Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) and present their research as part of the SDL-USU technical lecture series.

The Research Foundation, through SDL, is also involved heavily in building tomorrow’s leaders and promoting public awareness for engineering and the sciences. For more information about those efforts, visit the SDL website.
